Borsch's Tales of The Amazing Murder Machine
While sailing through the Ruined Sea aboard the cruiser, "Amazing Murder Machine" a Goden Warship sailed up to me and starting firing it's cannon. The "Amazing Murder Machine" immediately returned it's own salvo. During the naval battle, the captain ordered his crew of 3 goden vikings to board my ship, sneak up and stab me in the back! Lucky for me, I had my effigy all ready, blessed and strengthened, guarding me while I continued to return fire. That is, until my adversary destroyed my weapons system. A quick view of my ship and I knew I didn't have time to waste repairing her, so I left my effigy to fight off the remaining vikings and started my own assault upon the murderous Goden captain! His head was soon parted from his body; I pirated his ship and returned back to mine to see how well my effigy faired. The vikings were dead. Unfortunately they did manage to pirate my ship before their death. There was no salvaging her after that fight. Though she carries on. There shall always be an, "Amazing Murder Machine" in my fleet to honor her memory.
The third vestment of the name was sank just west of Monkey Island. After recently fidning the island, discovering its port was true, I decided to take The Amazing Murder Machine (#3) to rest on her shores. on the voyage, night turned to day and my nosferatu eyes were blinding mid ship to ship conflict, ruining my aim. She was a fine ship but I was forced to swim to shore. First I blessed myself and watched my foes sink beneath to Damhair then started the trek. I had to stop and rest, waiting for my breath to catch up to my needs 3 times before I made it to shore. Marooned, I grabbed an outrigger and sailed back to Baria. viva AMM #4!
Borsch's Tales of the Xandrian Desert
I naively chose to map out the Xandrian Desert, looking for it's secrets. While deep in the desert, I was overwhelmed by packs of manticores. They cackled and laughed at me as they turned my blood to poison! Two days i spent, being blessed and sleeping off their venom. The home of the healer in Lisht became my home.So then I returned to my task. And to my horrors, a giant Sand Worm rose out of the depths. I stood my ground but most definitely should have ran. Those are very hungry worms. First my effigy fell victim to it's gaping mouth, then I followed suit. A cold wind blew across the sands that night. Both the Red and Blue moons were new, it appears I was old.
